Chris is a Upstate New York native who attended Robert Morris University in Chicago, IL earning an undergraduate culinary arts degree and Masters of Business Administration. Outside of the restaurant, he is a nationally recognized bowler who has competed on Team USA earning multiple gold medals.
Jennifer earned an associates in business administration at Monroe Community College and has 10 years of financial planning experience. Jennifer is also a standout bowler competing at the United States Bowling Congress Open Championships winning the coveted 'Best Dressed' award.
Ray, a former Kiwanis Club president earned his business management degree from Rochester Business Institute and later owned the Lighthouse Inn, located in Ontario New York, and Bardol's Restaurant in Webster New York before eventually owning Brockport Bowl for the last 18 years.
